Thank you for joining me on my adventure to fun, games, education, and achievement. I have big goals and striving for achievement keeps me busy.
Future Pilot
One of my major goals is to become a pilot. My love of aviation came from flying with my parents and being infatuated with turbines as a toddler. This has led to me piloting simulators at Randolph Air Force Base and piloting multiple flights. Tuskegee Airmen Junior Program and Jack and Jill of America have been instrumental in giving me access to these opportunities. I've also had opportunities to learn while I volunteer at Bario Aviation, Incorporated. I plan to formally begin flight school when I turn 14.
Future Aeronautical Engineer
I have been a part of The National Society of Black Engineers Jr (NSBE Jr) and Coder Dojo Collaborative Programs since the 3rd grade. NSBE Jr is a program is provides activities to help students discover firsthand how engineering and technology relate to the world around them. Coder Dojo is program that believes all kids need the opportunity to learn programming languages and cyber security in the modern world. I have learned so much about how things work through both programs. I attended the NSBE national convention in Anaheim, CA. My parents graduated from the University of Georgia, so Georgia Tech made a big deal of recruiting me.
Future NBA All-Star
I played football for Bush Middle School, helped our A Team capture the Division II Championship in basketball, and now I'm on our track team. I constantly work on my basketball skills through Shooting For Success (SFS). I was a Chick-fil-A ball boy for my hometown, San Antonio Spurs! I was even able to join the team in their huddle. My dad wants me to get drafted by the Atlanta Hawks because he doesn't know how it feels to win.
Community Service
Giving back is a major part of our home. My parents lead a life of service to others and I will continue that. I was a Martin Luther King Jr. Dream Leader focusing on advancing the voices tolerance, equality, and diversity. I am currently a member Kappa League Junior through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. We serve our community through volunteering at local libraries, food banks, and Wreaths Across America.
